There are 2 ways to uninstall Foxdie:
 
Automatically:
 

Tools -> Foxdie for Firefox -> About Foxdie -> Uninstall
 
Manually:
 
Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes -> Foxdie -> Uninstall
Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions -> Foxdie for Firefox -> Uninstall
