I will try to make the Graphite version as a lightweight theme for Foxdie in version 3.6. I am not sure if it can or cannot be done right now

I love your theme and all the details and options that are in it. The only thing I was wondering — is it possible for a future version to maybe have a pale grey or even white sidebar and scrollbars instead of blue? I rarely use blue and the color really sticks out.

Happy new year! Thanks for the update, but… i do miss some things:
1)The url text is selected in a weird manner, selection background is white so only font color changes – that’s pretty uncomfortable and seems no way to fix it
2)I liked the on-the-fly style change more than through-your-site style changer.

Thank you, This is one of the best themes I ever used but I have one problem. If I try to open the customize webpage only a new tab with my startpage or to your downloadpage will pop up. Ok, after much fiddling, i’ve figured out how to fix selection color problems for url box:
The problem is in nav.css in theme changer, where background colors set for toolbars in darker themes lead to selection color becoming white. The solution is to control the color using background images. For now, you can change userChrome.css, adding the following:
#main-window #nav-bar {
background: #ffffff url(“chrome://res/skin/toolbar/tb-gray.png”) repeat-x !important;
}
If you, like me, have some text boxes on the top toolbar panel, next to the window menu, the fix is more complex:
window#main-window #toolbar-menubar,
#navigator-toolbox
{
background: #ffffff url(“chrome://res/skin/toolbar/tbx-m.png”) repeat-x !important;
}
now, tbx-m.png doesn’t exist in foxdie resources, it has to be created from tbx.png by adding light-gray (#a7a7a7) background under the semi-transparent white highlight. The resulting file should be inserted into foxdie.jar
John, i’m afraid most users won’t be able to apply those changes, it’d be a nice idea to include them in the next update
P.S. For others, changing to a lighter theme will work… i just like my foxdie gray.

But, I’m in Windows (XP), and something I miss about the previous version is the option to match the color of the theme with the color of my visual style; i’m using a OS X visual style, but the gray of the foxdie theme is slightly brighter than my VS gray (Ok, i’m a perfectionist XD). In older versions, for some reason, the color matched exactly with mi OS theme. is there any way to select an specific color (and not only from the list), by, in example, selecting a HTML color of the theme?

It’s really frustating
that you can not revert back to Original/default Settings, i changed my close tab bar button to graphite one, and now it is just to impossible to go back to the default one, i changed the font to smaller, and still theres no way to revert back to default, i think u got a reason to update foxdie, luv ur work, thnx!!!

Thanks, but this is caused by a weird issue, it happens when toolbars use color darker than #c7c7c7, except using images instead, but colors would be easier to maintain, so I will find a way to change the textbox selected color via the extension, as what it has been done with the page

Hi, the first tab only shift in gray Safari4 layout, because this option use border-image on the tab, to fix it, I will making it as other color in 3.6, but that will lose the same tab shape of Safari 4.

You can get Camino back by not selecting any options in the “Button” and “Layouts” sections, even you’ve selected radio button, you can still cancel it by clicking it again
I’ll list Camino into the list and add “reset” button there later

Personas is designed for the default theme and it will cause a lot problems on 3rd-party themes, plus, there is a big changing of Personas on Firefox 3.6: Personas can only work with the default theme in 3.6, you can not even use it on other themes anymore

First of all I just found this Theme and I am absolutely thrilled with it 9.5 out of 10!
The only reason I could not give this a perfect score is because I prefer the tabs to be grouped together when I open them up in new tabs. This for me this isn’t critical enough for me not to use it but I would really really really like to see it added. There it just one other thing that I would like to see added and that is the theme you choose for the Layout in the customize screen, translate to the right click menu.
Aside from that again thanks for the great Theme and I appreciate all the time you put into it.

In the customise Misc section you have font sizes 7, 9 and above, but not 8 pt. It looks very ugly in 9pt and 7pt is just too small (Linux with 96 DPI on 24″ panel). Please add 8 pt as a configurable option. I’m sticking with 3.1.9.2 till then.
