wow, Firefox 3.7 theme is weird.
They want to move the URL bar under tabs, and in FF 4, move it again above tabs? …just weird…

Those are themes that firefox needs. Firefox clearly needs some new air for it to continue be the best browser in the world.

    Vista/7 looks quite cool !

Firefox 4 with tabs on top? ala Chrome… don’t know what to think…
I tried Chrome at first but the theme and lack of customization returned me to the (fire)fox(die) right away.

Have to wait… although as I said “Vista/7 looks” quite cool, how much time have to pass for this to happen?

Dude, the Firefox Theme Revamp theme is just mind blowing! You know what, i think it should be the new default theme. Firefox need this change.
Although i would do some minor changes like the Page and tools icons, they look a bit weird. and the + icon of the “new tab” tab looks a too large compared to the X-close-tab icon.

But overall man, this is amazing stuff.

I already use Firefox 3.5 with tabs on top (It make it easy to switch between ff and Opera) via Vfox theme.
Default skin concept for 4.0 resembles Opera (which is not bad) rather than Chrome (which is not at the same level featurewise with FF, Opera or even Safary, excepting the crazy speed Google achieved). I like it. Tabs on top are a natural choice, and for those who don’t like it that way is really not a big problem as long as they have the option to switch back to old (by that time) style.
    Great job.

I don’t like tab on top, but it did give us a cleaner UI

    So it becomes Chrome? LOL.

  9. I like the way they pretend that they came up with the design, by doing it in stages with annotations…

Yet it looks exactly like Chrome. HMMMM!

  10. Renato says:

Please, don’t keep the tab bottom corner rounded. It’s horrible! Nor space between tabs, for many tabs opened it isn’t good idea. The tabs like ff 3.5 is better. No space between tabs nor corner rounded. Please! Please! Please!

Other changes are great! Very good. Congratulations!!
